York Pathology will gladly bill your insurance carrier if you provide sufficient information for us to submit the claim on your behalf. Remember, the level of benefit payment determined by your insurance carrier is a contract between you and your insurance company. If you disagree with the benefit payment determined by your insurance carrier, you will need to contact them directly. You are responsible for payment on your account, regardless if you have insurance coverage. We accept cash, checks, Visa or MasterCard.

We file your insurance with all insurance plans. After your insurance carrier has determined how much of your claim the carrier is responsible for, we will send you a statement for any balance that your plan determines to be the patient’s responsibility. Below is a representative list of insurers we currently have contracts with.  Some additional insurers cover claims submitted by our billing company, and we will always strive to work with patients and their insurance companies to cover our services.  Please call our billing company at 866-932-6216 to discuss details about your coverage if you don't see your insurer listed.  We offer discounted billing to uninsured patients as allowed by law.
